For qualified surgery candidates only. Consultation must be completed by 10/31/2026. Surgery using the $250 practice breast discount plus the Mentor™ MemoryGel BOOST™ prepaid card must be completed by 11/30/2026, which is when the manufacturer offer ends. Surgery for the mommy makeover, rhinoplasty, and eyelid surgery promotions must be completed by 12/31/2026.
This breast surgery promotion is $250 off our standard non-promotional 2026 pricing as of 9/1/2026 for qualified patients undergoing any breast surgery, including but not limited to breast augmentation, breast lift, breast lift with implants, breast reduction, breast implant exchange, breast implant revision, and breast implant removal.
The $250 Guerra Plastic Surgery Center discount on qualifying breast surgery may be used together with the separate Mentor™ MemoryGel BOOST™ $250 prepaid debit card offer when the patient has a qualifying breast augmentation with BOOST implants for a combined $500 value. Any breast augmentation price displayed includes the physician’s fee, surgical center fee, anesthesia fee, breast implants fee, and post surgery visits for two months. Prescriptions and other medical requirements, labs, or diagnostic imaging fees are not included and are the patient’s responsibility.

Dr. Dang also offers revision surgery consultations for a $100 non-refundable fee (charged at the time of scheduling) for the following procedures: revision rhinoplasty, revision facelift, revision tummy tuck, revision arm lift, revision eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), scar revision, and dog-ear removal. This $100 fee may be applied toward your surgical quote if you proceed with surgery.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of two (2) business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your in-office consultation or virtual consultation. Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show will result in a $100 fee charged to the credit card on file.
If you have already used your free consultation, a $100 non-refundable fee is required for a second consultation. This $100 fee may be applied toward your surgical quote if you proceed with surgery.
Non-Surgical Procedures
A $25 non-refundable appointment fee is required for all non-surgical procedures. Two (2) business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule to avoid this fee.
